Potato Artichoke Gratin

 | 2 Russet Pototoes |
| 6oz jar of artichoke hearts |
| 1 T flour |
| 1 T butter |
| 1/2 C milk |
| 1/4 C bread crumbs |
| 1/4 C finely grated parmesan cheese |
Preparation
Slice potatoes very thin.
Slice artichoke hearts.
make thin white sauce with flour/butter/milk.
top with mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
coat potatoes and artichokes with sauce and bake in greased pan until done in a 400 degree oven.
