Potato Artichoke Gratin

Servings: 2 (can be doubled)
Preparation Time:  1hr

Ingredients

2 Russet Pototoes
6oz jar of artichoke hearts
1 T flour
1 T butter
1/2 C milk
1/4 C bread crumbs
1/4 C finely grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Slice potatoes very thin.

Slice artichoke hearts.

make thin white sauce with flour/butter/milk.

top with mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

coat potatoes and artichokes with sauce and bake in greased pan until done in a 400 degree oven.
